SlotBlasters: Hardcore Arena (package com.toxiccore.slotblasters) — Developer: ToXicCore Studios
Effective date: 2 August 2026 · Last updated: 2 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ToXicCore Studios ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game SlotBlasters: Hardcore Arena (the "Game"). The Game requires no account and collects as little data as possible.
1. Information we and our partners process
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not directly collect your name, email, or contacts. The Game uses these third-party services:
- Google AdMob (advertising): to show interstitial ads, Google may process your device advertising identifier, IP address, coarse/derived location, device and app information, and ad-interaction data. See Google's partner policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Play Billing (in-app purchases): if you buy the optional one-time "Remove Ads Forever" product, Google Play processes the payment. We receive an entitlement/purchase status, not your card details.
- Google Play services / Unity engine: standard device and diagnostic information used to run and stabilize the app.
2. On-device data
Your game progress, settings, high score, and "ads removed" status are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us. Uninstalling the Game removes this local data.
3. How the data is used
- To display and cap the frequency of advertisements.
- To deliver and restore your one-time "Remove Ads" purchase.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Game's stability and performance.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Advertising & your consent choices (EU/EEA/UK)
Where required, the Game shows a Google-certified consent message before requesting ads, letting you consent to or decline personalized advertising. You can change your choice at any time from Options → Privacy / Ad Consent inside the Game. If you decline personalized ads, you may still see non-personalized ads.
5. Your rights
- EU/EEA/UK (GDPR): rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, and the right to withdraw consent. Advertising data is primarily controlled by Google.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): the right to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
- You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
6. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Data retention & security
Local data persists until you delete it or uninstall the Game. Data processed by Google is retained per Google's policies. We use reasonable measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
